Managing Partner Radlee Moller, offers CIB clients over 20 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to private and public organisations across a wide range of industries.
On graduating Western Sydney University, Radlee started his career in Business Services and Audit at leading Australian firms before joining CIB in 2014 to head the audit division. Two years later he was appointed Managing Partner.
His invaluable ability to relate to business owners, is a result of a successful pre-university career as a toolmaker. This experience provided a unique insight into business operations and the challenges business owners often face, paving the way for his analytical approach and practical advice appreciated by his clients.
Passionate about people development, Radlee spearheads the People Development Program with DFKANZ – a unique initiative designed to provide a strong foundation for learning as graduates start their professional careers. He’s also a regular presenter and panelist at DFK and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand events, in addition to currently serving on the DFKANZ Board. Previously Radlee has been Chair for the DFK Audit Committee as well as a board member of the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce.
As a retired semi professional AFL player, Radlee leads CIB’s involvement in charitable outdoor events, team building adventures and any other opportunity to foster a culture of teamwork and community across the firm.
